The Client
Sanderson Arcade is a popular retail destination based in the heart of Morpeth. They came to us at Sharp Media Group back in 2019 to find a fresh perspective on marketing through our monthly consultancy services.
The Goal
The overall goal has been to create footfall-driving events, increase dwell time within the centre and ensure the Arcade is viewed as a core North East shopping destination that can be attractive to all ages.
The Result
From our sessions we've created influencer events, made small effective changes to the centre's marketing and social media and most recently helped run Sanderson Barkade, a dog-led event, which encouraged over 2000 additional visitors on just one day.
